The construction works to the above buildings consist of the following:
Excavation, backfilling and disposal Pile caps, ground beams, pad and strip foundations Retaining walls Slab on grade and suspended floor slabs Syphonic and gravity drainage systems Interior wall and ceiling finishes Floor finishes Internal doors Refurbishment and maintenance works within the live facility General site works
