BAM Property (formerly Ascon Property Developments) was established in Ireland in 2004, in order to provide a clear focus for BAM's property development projects.

Its primary focus is to manage the property development activities of the group in both self generated and joint venture projects. It forms a crucial link between main contracting arm BAM Building and the development market. It ensures optimum value for all interested parties in developments by way of active equity participation.

Since its establishment in mid 2004 BAM Property has been engaged in establishing a significant presence in Ireland. The Castlelake development in Carigtwohill Cork, a Joint Venure with local Gable Holdings, comprises over 900 houses and over 6000 square metres commercial town centre.

Construction is underway on a new headquarters for the Cork office of the revenue commissioners in Blackpool and for which BAM Property will acquire their existing city centre site off Grand Parade for redevelopment.

We have planning permission for 100 apartments and 5000 sq m of offices at our Millcourt site in Dublin 8. Construction will commence shortly on the site which was acquired in the latter half of 2006.
